Apple M2 Pro 16-Core GPU
A Apple M2 Pro 16-Core-GPU a Apple integrált grafikus kártyája, amely a 19 magból mind a 16-ot kínálja M2 Pro 10-magos chip .
A grafikus kártya nem rendelkezik dedikált grafikus memóriával, de képes használni a gyors LPDDR5-6400 egységesített memóriát 256 bites busszal (akár 200 GBit/s).
A Apple szerint a teljesítmény a 19-magos GPU 30%-kal nagyobbnak kell lennie, mint a régi 16 magos GPU az M1 Pro-ban . Ezért a csökkentett 16-magos verziónak még mindig meg kell vernie a régi 16 magos, teljes funkcionalitású M1 Pro-t és a régi 14-magos processzoros változatot még egyértelműbben.
A GPU a tervek szerint a Apple Metal 2 API-t fogja használni, és még mindig a régebbi PowerVR architektúrákon alapulhat (utoljára a Apple A10-ben használták). A 2023-as MacBook Pro 14-es MacBook Pro újdonsága a HDMI 2.1 és a 8k kimenet támogatása.
A Apple M2 Pro a TSMC második generációs 5 nm-es eljárásában készül.
