Összegzés - Ugyanaz a Csomagolás, Új Név
Minden, amit a Latitude 9420 2 az 1-ben készülékben szerettünk, a Latitude 9430 2 az 1-ben modellben is teljes erővel visszatér, mivel az újabb modell leginkább egy processzorfrissítés. A CPU sokkal nagyobb teljesítményt nyújt, bár magasabb energiafogyasztás mellett, ami összhangban van azzal, amit más Alder Lake laptopoknál általában megfigyeltünk. Ha a gyorsabb CPU, az 5G opciók vagy a 2 MP-es webkamera nem szükséges a napi munkaterheléshez, akkor a Latitude 9420 2 az 1-ben lényegében ugyanazt az élményt képes nyújtani kevesebbért.
A Latitude 9430 2 az 1-ben olyan elkötelezett felhasználóknak szól, akik tudják, hogy képesek kihasználni az Intel 12. generációs CPU-ját. Egyébként a fizikailag azonos Latitude 9420 2 az 1-ben már elegendő az irodai felhasználó célcsoport számára.
Néhány apró zavaró dolog, amire érdemes odafigyelni: a 80 mm-es M.2 SSD-k és a WAN antennák támogatása hiányzik, ha WAN támogatás nélkül konfiguráljuk. A CPU Turbo Boost korlátozott, és a teljesítmény csökken, ha akkumulátorról működik. Szintén bosszantó, hogy az aktív stylus tollat külön kell megvásárolni, míg a versenytársak, például a Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Yoga G7 minden vásárláshoz mellékeli a stylus-t. A legtöbb laptop támogatja az elterjedtebb 80 mm-es SSD-t, ami a Dellnél kicsit megnehezítheti az SSD cseréjét. Eközben a HP EliteBook 1040 sokkal világosabb érintőképernyőt hordoz, bár alacsonyabb, 1200p felbontással. Talán a Dell a jövő évi esetleges modellt vonzóbbá tudja tenni 5 MP-es webkamerával és nagy frissítési frekvenciájú OLED kijelzővel, hogy javítsa a vizuális élményt.
Ár és Elérhetőség
A Dell jelenleg a Latitude 9430 „clamshell” (kagylóhéj) és 2 az 1-ben készüléket szállítja. A mi konkrét konfigurációnk Core i7-1265U-val és 16 GB RAM-mal körülbelül 2800 dollárért került forgalomba.
