AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
Az AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D egy csúcskategóriás asztali processzor a Raphael sorozatból, 8 Zen 4 maggal és SMT (Simultaneous Multithreading) technológiával, amely akár 16 szál egyidejű kezelését is lehetővé teszi. A 2023 januárjában a Las Vegas-i CES-en történt bejelentését követően 2023 áprilisában került piacra. A két csúcsmodell, az AMD Ryzen 9 7900X3D és az AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D megjelenését követően bemutatták a harmadik modellt, amely a 3D V-Cache segítségével jelentősen nagyobb játékteljesítményt kínál.
A CPU-magok alapórajelét 4,2 GHz-es órajelre állították be, és akár 5 GHz-re is fel lehet gyorsítani (egymagos turbó). Az AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 8 maggal rendelkező CCD-vel rendelkezik, amely magában foglalja a gyors 3D V-Cache-t is. Ez jelentősen eltér a két Ryzen 9-es modelltől, hiszen azok két CCD-vel rendelkeznek, de csak az egyik képes a 3D V-Cache-t kihasználni.
Az AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D teljesítménye egyenletesen jó, bár a nyolc natív számítási mag miatt a többszálas teljesítménye kicsit szenved. Az AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D igazi erőssége azonban a játékteljesítményben rejlik, ahol kiemelkedik. A tesztek során egyenletesen magas játékteljesítményt látunk, amely még egy Intel Core i9-13900K-t .
Az energiafogyasztás tekintetében az AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D a 3D V-Cache-sel rendelkező másik két modellhez igazodik, így a 8-magos processzor rendkívül energiatakarékos. Számokban kifejezve ez azt jelenti, hogy az AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D akár 120 wattos TDP-vel is specifikálható. A PPT (Package Power Tracking) szintén 162 wattig van értékelve. Összehasonlításképpen egy AMD Ryzen 9 7950X 170 wattal (TDP), illetve 230 wattal (PPT) van specifikálva.
