HiSilicon Kirin 990

A HiSilicon Kirin 990 4G egy ARM-alapú, csúcskategóriás, nyolcmagos SoC okostelefonokhoz és táblagépekhez, amelyet 2019 végén mutattak be a Huawei Mate 30 Pro-val. Nyolc CPU magot integrál három fürtben. A teljesítmény fürt két Cortex-A76 magot tartalmaz 2.86 GHz-ig, az egyensúly fürt szintén két Cortex-A76 magot, de csak 2.09 GHz-ig, végül pedig az energiatakarékos fürt négy kisebb ARM Cortex-A55 maggal 1.86 GHz-ig. Továbbá az SoC egy neurális processzort (1+1 mag) integrál AI feladatokhoz, valamint egy ARM Mali-G76 MP16 GPU-t 600 MHz-ig. A 5G verzióhoz képest az 4G Kirin 990 integrál egy gyors 4G modemet, és az órajele valamivel alacsonyabb (3 fürtből 2 és a GPU).

A Kirin 990 a modern 7nm-es eljárásban készül a TSMC-nél.
