Intel i3-1110G4

Az Intel Core i3-1110G4 egy energiatakarékos kétmagos SoC laptopok és ultrabookok számára, amely a 2020 szeptemberében bemutatott Tiger Lake-U generáción (UP4) alapul. Két Willow Cove processzormagot integrál (4 szál a HyperThreadingnek köszönhetően). Mindegyik mag 1,8 GHz (alapsebesség) és 3,9 GHz (egy- és kétmagos boost) közötti órajelre képes. 

További újdonság az integrált Xe grafikus kártya, amely a teljesen új Gen 12 architektúrán alapul. Az i3 integrálja az alsó kategóriás UHD Graphics G4 grafikus kártyát, a 96 EU-ből 48 engedélyezett, 400-1100 MHz-es órajellel. A GPU és a CPU együttesen használhatja a 6 MB L3 gyorsítótárat.

A Tiger Lake SoC-k továbbá PCIe 4 támogatással (négy sáv), AI hardveres gyorsítással, valamint a Thunderbolt 4 / USB 4 és Wi-Fi 6 részleges integrációjával bővülnek a chipben.

A chip az Intel továbbfejlesztett 10 nm+ eljárással (SuperFin néven) készül, amely a TSMC 7 nm-es eljárásához (pl. Ryzen 4000-es sorozat) hasonlíthatónak kell lennie.

Az UP4 sorozat működési tartományát 7 és 15 Watt között adják meg. Ezért a processzor jól alkalmazható nagyon vékony és könnyű laptopokba, átalakítható számítógépekbe vagy táblagépekbe.
